Does prolong/excessive computer use increase the progression of myopia?

Yes , especially if your always close to the computer screen , like its OK to use it just don't put your face in the computer, i have Myopia ,, i get you it sucks. You should also wear your glasses whenever you feel you need to its bad to strain your eyes.

I have severe infectious mono with really bad inflammation?

I was given Corticosteroids beacuse of the inflammation and I was just wondering if anyone knew when the anti-inflammatory effects would wear off and when I should worry about the swelling getting worse

If I stand in the same room with a person who has Irritable Bowel Syndrome, does it mean his germ will pass into my body? I am very afraid because one of my friend has IBS and he suffers lot of stomach pains and problems. I have been avoiding contact with him for safety reasons. He is to visit my house and I am feeling very nervous and scared if his stomach troubles will transfer into my stomach?

Can someone help me figure out wtf happened?

So when I began middle school there was a cute boy named Noah that rode my bus every day. He was in a grade above me and over time we became great friends. When I hit 7th grade (he was in 8th) and we really liked each other. He sat on the bus with me, waited by my locker after school, said hi and talked to me whenever he could... then Noah finally asked if I would be his girlfriend. I said no though, that I only wanted to be friends (cause my dad's protective and won't let me date) . Even after that we still talked and stuff... then everything just stopped. Noah ignored me completely for months. I attempted to get him to tell me WHY? Why was he ignoring me? Over Facebook one day he told me he was sorry to have done me that way, I said it was okay, but it really left me scarred, Especially when I had my drunk mother to deal with (he knew this) . Noah's wierd actions cause me to spiral deeper into depression, until finally, after trying to form some sort of conversation and failing, I agreed to silence. After a few months, my mom and I were reunited and everything was okay. Except for 'him'. To clean up some unwanted dust, I attended his graduation from the middle school and congragulated him. As soon as he saw me he frowned, though he just responded "Hm, thanks." in a dull, uncaring voice. WTF HAPPENED? After two years of being best friends, Noah left me in the dust at the hardest time in my life.

While it might be ironic, it isn't necessarily contradictory even though they seem like polar opposites. Overpopulation, at least so far, is not a direct consequence of life-prolonging practices, unless you believe that modern agriculture, sanitation, nutrition, basic hygiene and other such things are unnatural life-prolonging activities. Define "natural" then find a majority of people who will agree with your definition. What exactly is a natural way of life? One in which man doesn't intervene on his own behalf? No clothing? No shelter? No tools? No education? No medicine? Where do you draw the line at what is natural and what is artificial? Don't worry though. Unless mankind directly addresses the looming specter of overpopulation, no "miracle cures" can save us from the inevitable consequences of unsustainable population growth.

Is this game that my brother and I play just a little too weird?

It is a little weird, but it's okay if you both like the game. Putting the key in the mail is a bad idea, though. If there is an emergency, being stuck handcuffed to each other could be a serious problem. You would need the key right away. Also, the mail can be slow sometimes. What if the key doesn't come back until Monday? I suggest putting it in a safe place, such as a kitchen drawer, in case you need to take the handcuffs off.
