What vitamins can I take to help heal my cut?

I cut my finger, and had to get 7 stitches. I just want to know if there is a vitamin I can take to help speed up the healing. I don't care if there is a scar, I just want it to close up faster. Just every time I move my finger, I can feel the cut open again.
