Please answer! What do I do about this girl I work w/? She's driving me crazy?

This is what you should do, and , i want you to know from the get-go that this isn't going to be easy. Here goes: forget about this girl and move. By forget about her I mean continue to be friendly and treat her no differently than you normally would any other person, whether male or female. Seriously, you're putting her on an imaginary pedestal and because of it, you're suffering. If you want to stop suffering, let go. What you're going to find in life is that the less needy you are, the more women are going to want you. By you always being available and obviously desperate to land this one girl, you've put all your eggs into one basket and she knows this. Women are experts at sniffing out an agenda. I know this sounds harsh, but trust me, I and my guy friends have all been where you are right now. Just being a strong, confident fun-loving guy and women will naturally flock to you. But never chase them. Chasing them only sends them the signal that you're probably lonely and desperate for attention.
