Please read, cyst question....?

I went to the ER a couple of weeks ago. They said I have 1 ruptured ovarian cyst on my right ovary. Along with 2 large cysts and several smaller ones (all on the right ovary). The pain has been killing me. It's nauseating, makes me weak, tired, I have had a period for a month, etc... I am going to see the OB tomorrow and I am wondering what the chance of surgery is to take them out? Or is the watch and wait approach better? The doctor mentioned my cysts are leaking blood. How long does it take for them to heal if we watch and wait? Can they cause damage and scarring on my ovary? Thank you so much if you take the time to read this and answer. :)
