My daughter has chicken pox, i'm in middle of uni exams can i spread it to other students?

my daughter is in the infectious stage of chicken pox. I believe I had them when little cant be sure though. Can I pass on the infection even if i have had before or if not? i'm going be in a room with a couple hundred people taking exams three time this week. should I inform Uni?
