Proactive stopped working, what should I do now?

I'm 23 years old, have been using Proactive for about 4.5 years now. I've tried differen, clearasil, neutrogena and some other products recommended to me by dermatologists but Proactive at least controlled acne the best compared to the others when I first started using it. This past year, however, my acne has become severe and breakouts and scarring have been often. I've also tried the new proactive now but it isn't working. I am a light/medium skin tone and have somewhat oily skin I guess. If anyone has advice I would really appreciate it thanks!
