Really scarred about 2012!!! need some answers!!?

okkay so ive heard all the stuff about the mayan calander and how it predicts a major apocolipse in 2012. And the reason why im scarred is because if there is gonna be a major thing happen then wouldnt be the Yellowstone National park monster volcano?? i live in southern Montana so im pretty scared. i just wanna know what will happen or the best prediction of what will happen. Something that i can go on, that i can at least understand about what might and might not happen. please?
