Would you go ahead and ttc again or wait?

im having my 3rd surgery july 13th for cyst on my overies and to burn endometriostis and scar tissue.. the doc reccomemend this or a hysterectomny but we both agreed on surgery again bc im to young for the other..well i have one lil girl already adn it was hard to have her was on fertility med..we want at least 1 more..do you guys think we should go ahead and try for another or wait?? im gonna talk to my doctor about it after surgery..thanks
