Why do the anti vaccination people use this argument?

I don't know of any anti vaccine people who use that argument. For the record, I am not anti vaccine, but pro informed vaccine choice. I believe there is bias on both sides of the issue, and many people who don't vaccinate or selectively or delay vaccines do so because of personal experience.
